Waterloo Recreations area has 18,000 acres, miles of well maintained equestrian trails, and enough camping for big rigs @ the DNR horse camp and nearby Farm Lane private campground. http://www.farmlanecampground.com/
The campgrounds fill up early on holiday weekends.  Arriving during the week is suggested.
